WARRANTY

Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship

The DURAFLOOR Rubber Flooring in warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of 4 years form the date of delivery. In case the material is found to be defective either by workmanship or qualitywise, the Company will take back the material or send the replacement for the same.

 

Under no circumstances the company is liable to purchase the defective goods. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or any defects in the product except as herein stated above. The Company does not warrant matching of color and mottling.

 
This warranty does not include:
  1. Improper maintenance, dissatisfaction on account of fixing and not following the laid down fixing procedures.

  2. If the flooring is damaged due to improper cleaning ingredients.

  3. Damage caused by improper storage.
  4. Material fixed with obvious defects or with adhesives other than approved by the company.
  5. Product failure due to vehicle design (i.e. entrance and exit areas)
